The track’s dialogue includes emotional moments between West and Combs, with North rapping the notable line, “When you see me shining, then you see the light.” The release comes amidst a public dispute between West and Kardashian over North’s appearance on the song, with Kim apparently sending Kanye legal paperwork “so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her.” West has previously praised Combs while the disgraced music mogul awaits trial on federal sex trafficking and kidnapping charges.
